Who are our tours for?
Tours From Belgrade operates under the license of Talas travel doo, tour operator based in Belgrade (License No. 92/2022 A, ID: 21072109, VAT 108811335).
Our tours are suitable both for individuals and groups (couples, friends, families, colleagues, etc.) who stay in Belgrade for a couple of days and want to get know more of Serbia and Belgrade and who prefer to travel privately with more personal service, more comfortable and avoiding mass. We offer completely private tours or shared tours in a small groups.
We organize day and multi-day tours in Serbia and Balkans starting from Belgrade as well as tours in Belgrade.
If you are connecting more countries on the Balkans and if you choose Belgrade as a starting point, we are the ideal choice for you as well. Nevertheless, it is possible to have other cities in Serbia or in the Balkans as starting points for our tours, but with the price corrections.
What do our tours include?
Almost all of our tours include transfer with car/van/minibus (depending on the number of people), entrances to the selected places, all sightseeing and activities as well as guide costs. For multi-day tours we leave to our clients to book preferable accommodation, but also we can suggest where to stay. Meals are usually not included in the rates as well as tips.
Prices are given per person and vary depending on the number of travelers, if not stated different. Details about what is included in the price you may find on the right side of each tour page, in the blue box.
Reservations and payment?
It is desirable to make your reservation as early as you can (expecially for Multi-day tours because of prior booking of accommodation and other parts of the program). Reservations can be made through e-mail (preferred), contact form on our website, via phone or WhatsApp call/message. You will receive feedback from us with details about tour and finally confirmation. We usually reply within 12 hours, but often you will get our reply within few hours, even minutes.
You can choose to pay via credit card (pay by link, wire transfer or in cash (if you are already in Belgrade). Payment policy for multi-day is that we need to receive 30% of total amount in the moment of reservation and rest of the amount 7 days before start of the tour, but if you book shorter than 7 days, you can make payment upon your arrival, if we have free capacities to realize the tour, which usually we do. For most of the day tours you may also pay on departure.
Cancelation policy?
The Client has the right to cancel the tour, of which they are obliged to inform the Organizer in written. The date of written tour cancellation is the basis for accounting the amount which belongs to the Organizer, expressed in percentages in relation to the total price of the required travel, if not stated differently by the Program/Travel Agreement and that is for day tours:

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Discounts?
Kids from 3 to 11 years old have a 30% discount on the price of the tours. Infants up to 3 years old free of charge if they use same bed/seat as adults.
Responsibilities of TFB team?
TFB is responsible for:

Realization of the tour as it is stated in the program. In case of partial tour completion caused by TFB, traveler will be refunded proportional amount for the part of the tour which was not realized.

Preparing all necessary details so the tours could be organized in the most professional manner

Providing licensed tour guides and escorts

Keeping safe the personal information about travelers and not transfer it to third parties
TFB is not responsible for:

Services provided by third parties

Safe keeping of personal belongings of travelers

Slight changes in tours caused by bad weather conditions, road works etc.
Responsibilities of travelers?
Travelers are responsible:

To be at the meeting point (usually at reception of accommodation) in agreed date and time

For all damages they cause (transportation vehicle, accommodation, etc) it is mandatory to refund immediately

Look after personal belongings

To behave in proper manner. If the traveler's behavior causes danger, damage to property or negatively affects the enjoyment of other travelers, we reserve the right to exclude traveler from the tour. Should this happen, no refund or compensation would be paid
