We take you to experience "a clash" of cultures and centuries, incredible natural contrasts, delightful food and overall warm-welcoming people. Welcome to the 15-day tour where you will visit Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Serbia and North Macedonia, we promise experience of the lifetime!

ITINERARY:

1st Day – Ljubljana (SLO)

 

Arrival to Ljubljana Airport and transfer to hotel. Hotel check in. Free time, dinner and overnight Ljubljana.

 

2nd Day - Ljubljana & Bled (SLO)

 

After breakfast 2 hours Ljubljana city tour with escort local guide – Ljubljana Castle, return funicular ride, National Heroes Square… Excursion to Bled, with escort local guide / 3 hours hire/ including entrance fee to Bled Castle, Pletna Boat ride and Church of Assumption fee… Dinner and overnight in Ljubljana hotel.

 

3rd Day Ljubljana – Postojna Cave (SLO) – Zagreb (HR)

 

After breakfast departure to Croatia. Stopover for touring the Postojna Cave with train ride and escort local guide. Continue to Zagreb and city tour. Check in hotel in Zagreb, free time and overnight Zagreb.

 

4th Day Zagreb – Plitvice Lakes – Zadar (HR)

 

After breakfast in Zagreb visit to Plitvice Lakes (UNESCO), one of the most beautiful destinations in Croatia with plenty of lakes and waterfalls. After Plitvice Lakes tour departure to Zadar, hotel check in. City tour old town, Sparkling Solar 'Sun Salutation', sea ​​organ. Overnight Zadar.

 

5th Day  Zadar – Split – Dubrovnik (HR)

 

Breakfast, check out and transfer to Split - the second-largest city in Croatia is a great place to see Dalmatian life as it’s really lived. Always buzzing, this exuberant city has just the right balance of tradition and modernity. Step inside Diocletian’s Palace (a Unesco World Heritage site and one of the world’s most impressive Roman monuments) and you’ll see dozens of bars, restaurants and shops thriving amid the atmospheric old walls where Split life has been going on for thousands of years. Continuation of our trip towards Dubrovnik, check in hotel. Overnight Dubrovnik.

 

 

6th Day Dubrovnik – Lokrum island (HR)

 

After breakfast explore Dubrovnik old town 2h. Boat cruise towards the Lokrum island, explore island where GOT was filmed as well as enjoy swim in hidden “Dead sea”. Cruise back to Dubrovnik, free time and overnight.

 

7th Day Dubrovnik – Kotor (MNE) – Trebinje (B&H)

 

Breakfast and check out, transfer to Kotor in Montenegro, boat cruise 2h in Kotor bay and visit to Kotor old town (UNESCO). Free time for lunch in Kotor. Transfer to Trebinje in Bosnia and Hercegovina, check in and city tour. Overnight Trebinje.

 

 

8th Day Trebinje – Mostar – Sarajevo (B&H)

 

Departure to Mostar (UNESCO) - city tour with local guide – Mostar Old Bridge with well-preserved old town and old Bazaar, included in 2005 into UNESCO’s List of World Cultural Heritage, with its towers, oriental shops, smells of various specialties of oriental cuisine, the Turkish House and the Mosque. Visit to Blagaj spring and lunch time in the restaurant nearby. Afternoon drive to Sarajevo. Check in hotel. Traditional dinner with sevdalinka music and overnight.

 

9th  Day Sarajevo (B&H)

 

Breakfast and check out. Sarajevo Walking Tour (Bascarsija Square, old part of Sarajevo, “The Street Corner that started the 20th Century”, Eternal flame…). Transfer to Mokra Gora village with stop at Višegrad town near the border (sightseeing of old bridge over the Drina river (UNESCO) and Stone town Andricgrad. Arrival to Mokra Gora, check in Wooden town mecavnik.  Overnight Mokra Gora.

 

10th Day Sargan 8 train – Tara National park – Belgrade (SRB)

 

After breakfast check out and heritage train ride Sargan 8 10:30-13h (this railroad used to connect Belgrade with Sarajevo and Dubrovnik a century ago, nowdays it is panoramic riode with 4 photo stops in park of the nature Mokra Gora). Transer ti Tara national park and lunch time in Mitrovac, after lunch easy hike to lookout Banjska rock (1h) and on the way to Belgrade stop at Drina river house. Arrival to Belgrade in the evening, hotel check in. Overnight Belgrade. 

 

11th Day Belgrade (SRB)

 

After breakfast Belgrade Walking Tour 9:30-12h (Belgrade Fortress with magnificent view on Sava to Danube confluence and Zemun town. Tour continues to Kalemegdan park, the oldest restaurant in Belgrade named "?", Orthodox Cathedral church, City Hall, State Parliament, National Theatre, National Museum, Belgrade University, the main pedestrian zone of Knez Mihailova Street and much, much more). Visit to St. Sava temple and Museum of History of Yugovlavia 12-14h. Time for lunch near the Danube and Sava rivers. Belgrade Boat Tour optional. Dinner in Skadarlija bohemian quarter. Overnight Belgrade.

 

 

12th  day Belgrade – Novi Sad – Sremski Karlovci – Belgrade (SRB)

 

After breakfast transfer to Novi Sad 9:30-10:45 =Capital of Vojvodina province and European capital of culture for 2022), sightseeing of city center and Petrovaradin fortress 11:00-12:30. Afternoon visit to a local winery in Sremski Karlovci and wine tasting with platter 12:30-13:30. Free time for lunch in Sremski Karlovci until 15:30. Transfer back to Belgrade 15:30-17h. Free time and overnight Belgrade.

 

13th  Day Iron Gate tour (SRB)

 

Breakfast in hotel. Departure from Belgrade 8:30, arrival to Golubac, boat ride on Danube river 11h-12h. Sightseeing of Golubac fortress green zone (3 towers, visitor center) 12h-13:30. Panoramic ride along the Danube and Djerdap gorge 1h,  visit to Kapetan Misa hill village household, organized lunch in the village (buffet, vegetarian options available) with time to relax and enjoy the nature 14:30-17:00. Transfer back to Belgrade 17:00-19:45. Overnight Belgrade.

14th   Belgrade – Niš - Skopje (NMK)

 

Breakfast and check out. Departure to Nis, - The third Serbian city by size, after Belgrade and Novi Sad, Nis is cultural, economic, commercial and university seat of southeast Serbia with 13 faculties. One of the oldest European cities, as testified by numerous prehistoric finds on the territory of the city (Bubanj and Velika humska čuka) long known as “the east/west gateway” since it is situated at a crossroads connecting Europe with the Middle East. Surrounded by magnificent mountain ranges of Mt. Suva Planina, Svrljiške Planine and Mt. Seličevica. The birthplace of the famous Roman emperor Constantine the Great who issued the Edict of Milan in 313 embracing Christianity as the official religion of the Roman Empire. City tour 3h. Lunch time in Niš. Transfer to Skopje 2.5h, check in hotel. Evening tour of city center and dinner time in traditional restaurant.

 

15th Day Skopje (NMK)

 

Breakfast and check out. Visit to local market in Skopje. Airport transfer according to the flight schedule. End of program Ex Yugoslavia Grand Tour.
